Hayley, who is from Cornwall, England, primarily works as an advanced aesthetics practitioner with a smaller charter resume like former Below Deck Med star Kasey Cohen. Hayley opened her own clinic, Classen Aesthetics, in 2020 and provides services like face contouring, anti-wrinkle injections, and lip fillers. Although Hayley stays busy running her own company year-round, her Below Deck cast bio states that she entered the yachting industry two years ago and enjoys meeting people while traveling.

While several Below Deck stars switched careers after they appeared on the franchise, others like Hayley were involved in other industries before deciding to sail. Although the Below Deck season 10 trailer hints at passionate yachtmances and awkward love triangles, Hayley isn’t shown being involved in relationship drama, such as the messy romance between parents Dani Soares and Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux from Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 2. According to Hayley’s Instagram, this is because she is in a relationship and has been since at least 2020. Although Hayley’s posts don’t mention her boyfriend’s name or any additional details, there’s a great possibility that he’ll be mentioned on Below Deck season 10.
