His rampage will reach a pinnacle on September 13 in Death of the Venomverse #4 where he comes face to face with the heroes setting out to stop his conquest. However, it will all come to an end with the ultimate battle in its final issue.
The finale of Death of the Venomverse will arrive on September 27, when Knull will take on Carnage to fight for the title of King in Black. This will conclude not just this summer’s massive event but a storyline that has been building since last year in Carnage’s solo series. He’s been seeking to become the ultimate symbiote by draining the powers of powerful Marvel characters like Hydro-Man and becoming the Marvel universe’s newest God.
