Married at First Sight Launches Quarantine Spin-off Called Couples’ Cam

Lifetime announces a spin-off series to Married at First Sight, Married at First Sight: Couples’ Cam, where nine fan favorite couples self-shoot their daily life. After ten successful seasons of Married at First Sight, a spin off is just what fans need to keep up with their favorite couples.

Married at First Sight is preparing to wrap up its tenth season and has already been renewed for season 11. No announcements have been provided about the premiere date for the upcoming season and considering the current climate with COVID-19 production may be postponed like many other shows. Producers of the show may be ahead of the market with their new remotely shot spin-off. A trend that can help keep reality television a float.

Married at First Sight: Couples’ Cam invites viewers into nine of the couple’s homes via mounted camera’s, diary cams and virtual group chats. Fans will have the opportunity to see never-before-seen footage from featured couples including Doug and Jamie, who have been together since season 1, and newly married couples from season 9, Beth and Jaime and Greg and Deonna. Personal highlights will also be revealed from several season 8 couples, Danielle and Bobby, Steph and AJ and Kristine and Keith as well as Ashley and Anthony from season 5 and season 6 couple Shawniece and Jephte. It has also been reported that a couple from season 1o will be joining the six episode series, set to premiere May 20th.
