Hawaiian-born actress Maggie Q is best known for playing the secret agent Nikita. However, she has had numerous other roles in both the big and small screens. Q began her film career in the year 1998 in Hong Kong before moving to America. She has appeared in 43 movies and TV shows ever since.

The Japanese animated film follows a boy named Shun is born who is allergic to eggs. His mother tries her best every day to prevent him from making contact with eggs. At school, it even becomes more difficult since his fellow students aren’t as careful as his mother.

Divergent is set in a dystopian Chicago where people are placed in different factions depending on their virtues. However, a woman named Tris discovers that she is Divergent, meaning she doesn’t fit into any faction. Since Divergents are frowned upon and killed, she has to learn to keep her secret and survive.
Maggie Q plays Tori in the movie. She works at a tattoo place and also gives simulation aptitude tests to various citizens. Tori warns Tris about the dangers of being a Divergent since her own brother was killed for sharing similar traits.
Mission Impossible III (6.9)
The Mission Impossible franchise became much better in the 2010s but even though earlier installments didn’t receive much praise, they weren’t that bad. In this third installment, Maggie Q played Zhen, a member of the Impossible Missions Task Force.
The movie still centers around Ethan (Tom Cruise) who has retired from fieldwork and is now working as a trainer for new agents. However, he is forced to go back to the field after one of his trainees is murdered by the ruthless arms trafficker Owen Davian.
Live Free Or Die Hard (7.1)
The Die Hard franchise maintained its cool in the 2000s thanks to this fourth installment. In the movie, NYPD’s toughest detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) finds himself trying to stop a couple of intelligent bad guys once again.

Stalker (7.5)
Stalker is a police procedural series that revolves around Det. Jack Larsen (Dylan McDermott) has recently been transferred LAPD’s Threat Assessment Unit from NYPD homicide unit. His strong personality and recklessness often put him in trouble but in his new job, his personality ends up being helpful.
His new boss happens to be Lt. Beth Davis (Maggie Q) who also happens to have a strong personality but is more focussed. She was also a victim of stalking when she was younger so she happens to be more passionate about her job. The two lead actors (Q and Dylan) dated briefly in real life before parting ways.
Designated Survivor (7.5)
Designated Survivor started off with a bang but got worse due to frequent turnover of showrunners. It ended up getting canceled twice, first by ABC and then by Netflix. Maggie Q starred in the series alongside TV’s other popular action star Kiefer Sutherland.
The series revolved around Tom Kirkman (Sutherland) a former Housing Secretary who is forced to become president after a terrorist attack kills the former Commander In Chief and the whole cabinet. Maggie Q played the FBI agent turned CIA analyst Wells.

Nikita is Maggie Q’s most popular role. The series which shares the name with the character that Q plays is a reboot of the ’90s show La Femme Nikita. Events center around a woman named Nikita who was rescued from prison by the secret U.S. agency called Division and trained her to be a spy and assassin.
When the organization kills her civilian lover, she escapes and after hiding for three years, she seeks revenge. She thus makes it her mission to bring Division down. The series was highly praised for its action sequences and fast-paced plot
Young Justice (8.6)
Young Justice is an animated TV series that focus on younger versions of some of the DC Justice League members or their younger relatives. Events in the series are set in a fictional universe termed Earth-16. This makes it a separate entity from the rest of the DC Animated Universe.
Maggie Q voices the iconic Wonder Woman in the show. Her character is not recurring since the focus is mostly on the younger Wonder Girl who is the daughter of Zeus. Wonder Woman acts as her mentor thus the two tend to share similar traits.
