Love Island USA season 2 star Laurel Goldman is a 22-year-old blonde bombshell who was introduced during the Casa Amor twist. Despite coming into the villa a few weeks into the game, she intrigued fans with her beauty and fun-loving attitude – both of which are also apparent from her Instagram profile. The Oxford, Alabama beauty entered the villa on day 16 with four other women as part of the season’s Casa Amor twist. In one of her initial interviews, she explained that she’s looking to get married and own a lot of land, maybe even a farm. She proclaimed, “I am wifey material. I cook a mean fettuccine alfredo, who wouldn’t want that?”
From the jump, Laurel went after OG Love Island USA islander Carrington Rodriguez and competed against Mercades Schell for his attention. In the end, it was Laurel who went into the main villa along with Carrington. Since then, Laurel has stayed put with Carrington, allowing their connection to grow. But the couple faced challenges when new girl Lakeyn was introduced to the villa and almost turned Carrington’s head. In the end, however, Carrington stuck to his word and stayed coupled up with Laurel.

When Laurel first joined Love Island USA, she said that she wanted a man who wouldn’t be intimidated by her success. The Alabama native graduated from Auburn University in 2020 with a degree in business management and a minor in human resources. Before she got her diploma, Laurel started up her own business with a friend. Laurel is the co-owner of a studio salon of eyelash extension artists that offer classic, hybrid, and volume options.
With more than 25,000 followers, it’s clear Laurel has become a fan-favorite. She is now one of the Top 5 couples of Love Island USA season 2, which means that she and Carrington will have a chance to win the $100,000 grand prize at the finale.
