Leonardo DiCaprio’s Killers of the Flower Moon Salary Reportedly Revealed (& It’s A Martin Scorsese Record)

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Killers of the Flower Moon salary has reportedly been revealed. The movie, which was directed by Martin Scorsese, is based on the non-fiction book of the same name by David Grann. Set in Oklahoma in the 1920s, it follows DiCaprio’s character Ernest Burkhart as he returns home from World War I and gets drawn into the orbit of the nearby Osage nation, marrying Mollie Kyle (Lily Gladstone) while members of her tribe are being murdered after oil was discovered underneath their land.

Puck recently ran a new “What I’m Hearing” piece, which is a collection of updates on the latest in Hollywood insider reporting. According to their report, Killers of the Flower Moon star Leonardo DiCaprio earned $40 million for his role, which is one-fifth of the movie’s $200 million production budget. This would make the historical epic his highest-paying Martin Scorsese movie yet, out of six total feature collaborations with the director.
