Fans were shocked when Khloe Kardashian’s ex-husband Lamar Odom recently spilled the tea on Tristan Thompson’s past hook up with his ex-fiancé Sabrina Parr. But, it turns out the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wasn’t shocked by the news, and here’s why.
Lamar’s recent breakup with Sabrina has come with its fair share of a mess since they called it quits late last year. Most recently, the NBA champion appeared on The Wendy Williams Show where he revealed his suspicions about his ex Sabrina after learning about her ties to his “ex wife’s significant other.” He shared the news just one week after another interview where he opened up about his regret for having cheated on Khloe during their first year of marriage. The former couple had been married from 2009 – 2013 before finalizing their divorce in 2016. Since their split, Khloe dated a few rappers and NBA players before settling down with Tristan. The two reconciled sometime last year after more than a year apart following Tristan’s kissing scandal with Kylie Jenner’s former BFF Jordyn Woods.
After Lamar put his ex and Tristan’s past hook up on blast, fans wondered if Khloe was upset or shocked by the news. But, according to what insiders told TMZ, Khloe already knew about Tristan’s history with Sabrina. It turns out, the two linked up long before Khloe and Tristan even met. It was during Tristan’s rookie season on the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sabrina’s hometown, when they first met and hit it off. The Toronto native was just 20 years old at the time and had long forgotten about their past tryst until Lamar went public with Sabrina in 2019. At the time, the NBA champion told Khloe about his past relationship with Sabrina. So when Lamar spilled the tea, it wasn’t news to his ex-wife.
Insiders also claim that while Lamar acted like Sabrina’s fling with Tristan was more recent, he actually knew about it before he proposed to her three months into dating. Considering his recent reveal about his ex and Tristan, and sharing the regret he still harbors for cheating on Khloe, it appears that Lamar still has it bad for his ex-wife. Meanwhile, the Good American founder is focused on her family with the Boston Celtics player. The two are in talks to welcome a second child and marriage rumors have even started to surface. Lamar enjoyed a four-year marriage with Khloe and even landed their own spin-off series Khloe & Lamar.
But, their romance came crumbling down due to infidelity on Lamar’s part and his battle with substance abuse. Unfortunately for Lamar, the ship between him and Khloe has sailed. But, boy oh boy has Tristan been a busy guy!
