The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Tristan Thompson gifted his daughter True Thompson with flowers ahead of his apology for conceiving a child with another woman. Tristan was seemingly already doing his own damage control ahead of his public statement confirming his third child. The NBA player owned up to cheating on Khloe Kardashian with Maralee Nichols on his 30th birthday and knocking the personal trainer up. Now that he has a third child to raise, Tristan is serenading his daughter in a possible attempt to gain favor from Khloe.
Tristan kicked off the week announcing that a paternity test confirmed he is the father of Maralee’s son. The Sacramento Kings player spent months in a messy legal battle where he tried to deny Maralee’s allegations. But in his filing, Tristan did admit to sleeping with the Texas personal trainer on the night of his 30th birthday. It was the same day Khloe posted a heartfelt tribute to Tristan confirming their reconciliation. But instead of spending the night with Khloe, he spent it impregnating Maralee despite Khloe’s attempts to conceive a second child with Tristan.
The NBA champion knew what was coming prior to making the statement. So he thought it would be nice to hand-deliver flowers to his daughter prior to making the big announcement. Video shows Tristan arriving at True’s gymnastics class with a bouquet of flowers, TMZ reports. It was about an hour before his two lengthy posts confirming his third child. Tristan sat in an SUV outside True’s class waiting as someone brought out a large bouquet of about 100 red roses. It appeared to be Tristan’s way of smoothing things over before he let the world know about his latest cheating scandal.
Khloe has been broken up with Tristan since June. While many suspected their breakup had to do with his last rumored fling with model Syndey Chase, it looks like Maralee was really the cause. It’s not the first or second time Tristan has embarrassed Khloe with his cheating. The former couple reconciled sometime last year after more than a year apart due to Tristan’s kissing scandal with Kylie Jenner’s former BFF Jordyn Woods. Prior to Jordyn, Tristan was caught getting cozy with mystery women during Khloe’s pregnancy.
Despite all the times Khloe has forgiven Tristan in the past, it looks like this time she might stay away from him for good. Tristan apologized to Khloe directly when making his statement. He admitted that Khloe doesn’t deserve all that he has put her through. Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans are hopeful that Khloe won’t take Tristan back this time around. Between cheating while she was pregnant with his daughters, kissing her sister’s friend, and now fathering a child while they were reconciled from his last cheating scandal, it’s time for Khloe to focus on only co-parenting with Tristan.
