KUWTK: How Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Will Co-Parent After Divorce

While reality TV stars are famous for relationship drama, there’s hardly anyone quite as dramatic as Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian West, who’s known for her past relationships and how they ended. She is now in the process of divorcing her third husband, Kanye West, with whom she shares four children. So, how is this high profile couple planning to co-parent their kids after the divorce?

Many Keeping Up With the Kardashians fans are suddenly talking about Kim and Kanye’s potential divorce. The year 2020 has been specifically challenging for the rapper and reality TV star’s relationship. The two have struggled in the past with their personal problems, and that has continued in 2021. Kanye previously claimed his wife Kim and mother-in-law Kris Jenner have tried to control him. He even shared personal details regarding his first child’s potential abortion. Following that incident, Kim was rumored to be “done” with Kanye’s issues, and she began meeting with divorce lawyers. Ever since Kanye’s failed attempt at the presidency, he has been awfully quiet on social media. But Kim has been posting continually on her Instagram, though there’s nothing about Kanye.

Although the couple isn’t thinking about each other, they are “fully aligned” when it comes to their four kids: daughter North, 7, son Saint, 5, daughter Chicago, 2, and son Psalm, 1. It seems the couple will go to lengths to make sure their kids do not suffer at all. ET reports that an insider claims Kim is planning to “amicably” co-parent the kids if the divorce happens. The source has also said, “She knows what’s best for her and their kids.” Moreover, the parents will make sure their kids have a safe and stable environment.

The source said, “There is no drama or contentious relationship at all between Kanye” and the Kardashian family. Once the split is finalized, the kids may split time in Los Angeles and Wyoming. Even though it sounds pretty hectic for the little ones, Kim is said to have made their well-being her priority. Given Kanye’s bipolar disorder, it’s also possible the SKIMS founder will want primary custody.

For now, fans are hoping for the best for both Kanye and Kim. There may be some co-parenting problems due to Kim and Kanye’s different lifestyle preferences. But Kim has a real-life example in her elder sister, Kourtney Kardashian, to look up to. Kourtney has been successfully co-parenting three kids with her ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick, for many years. Let’s hope Keeping Up With the Kardashians couple Kanye and Kim will also share a healthy relationship after the “imminent” divorce.
