It was just last month when Kourtney and Kim Kardashian were joined by their longtime friend Travis Barker for a little getaway to Palm Springs. Rather than renting out a lavish mansion, the group stayed at their mom’s property in the area. After weeks of hinting at a budding romance by leaving flirty comments on Kourtney’s Instagram pics, the duo appeared to confirm their relationship by posting up the same poolside view while in Palm Springs together. The pool in the photo they each shared was none other than momager Kris Jenner’s. Considering how much time the famous family spends in Palm Springs, it’s worth taking a look at where they’re staying.
According to My Domaine, Kris purchased the $12 million home last fall. Located near Coachella Valley in La Quinta, Calif., the ritzy pad comes decked with seven bedrooms, 10-bathrooms and loads of indoor and outdoor space. The modern mini-mansion was built in 2016 and boasts 14,500 square feet on the inside and 11,000 square feet of open outdoor area. The backyard area shares a stunning view of the nearby golf course and pool. Additionally, firepits surround the outdoor area, making for the perfect group setting for the chilly desert nights. Situated within the posh Madison Club gold resort, the single-story home takes up one acre of land on the resort.
The spacious interior comes with floor-length window space that provides the perfect setting to enjoy the mountaintop views in the distance. The outdoor space does not only come with peaceful mountain views, but also shows the tress and freshly cut grass along the golf resort. With the mansion being located in the desert area of Coachella, the outdoor area comes with a hanging roof to help block out the hot desert sun while enjoying the poolside view Kourtney and Travis shared on Instagram. The infinity pool is one of the home’s standout features, as it overlooks the wooded golf resort and distant mountains. Along the home lies a variety of lounge areas for guests to enjoy alone or with a group.
