Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s Daughter Brielle Slams Critics of Her Natural Look

Brielle Biermann of Don’t Be Tardy has a message for her haters. The 24-year-old hit back at critics who made negative comments about her appearance in a recent post on social media. Brielle has grown up in the spotlight since her mother Kim Zolciak-Biermann appeared on the first season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Don’t Be Tardy was canceled in 2020 after eight seasons. Despite the series’ end, Brielle has cultivated her own celebrity status, amassing 1.3 million followers on Instagram. Brielle’s personal style follows that of her mother, who was seen on RHOA and Don’t Be Tardy to have an over-the-top personality, appearance and lifestyle. However, viewers have criticized Brielle for going too far in recent years by augmenting her appearance with plastic surgery. Kim has also come under fire for seeming to have allowed Brielle and her younger sister Ariana receive cosmetic procedures as teens. Critics often accuse Brielle of trying to emulate the look of Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kylie Jenner.

That’s why fans had strong reactions when Brielle posted a more natural-looking video of herself to Instagram Stories yesterday. “took my weave out… no lip injections and no nails lol who am i,” the reality star captioned the clip. Brielle got some unkind responses to the post, with one user stating that no weave, lip injections and fake nails simply makes her a “normal ******* person.” Brielle was quick to put the user’s comment on blast in a separate IG Stories post. “All my friends (except dani) have fake nails, fake hair fake etc. who cares? it’s our lives it doesn’t effect y’all AT ALL!” Brielle announced.

With a more specific message for critics, Brielle continued: “but kindly, go **** yourselves (haters).” She added she hasn’t “touched” her face besides some botox for jaw pain and lip fillers. The two effects of the two procedures are all gone now, she wrote. “When is the stigma of putting people down for bettering themselves gonna end?” Brielle’s caption read further. If you could… would you not?” The star also revealed she did receive praise following her post, writing: “thank you for the kind comments I’ve read all my dms love you guys!

Brielle has shared her transformation over the years in the public’s eye. After receiving overwhelming criticism for so long, Brielle may be experimenting with a more low-maintenance look. Now that Don’t Be Tardy is canceled, Brielle may also feel less pressure to keep up with the beauty standards of her reality TV counterparts like the Kar-Jenner sisters. Despite expressing herself in her more raw form, Brielle will still have to face cyberbullies as a social media celebrity.
