Jujutsu Kaisen’s Version of Vision is Much More Powerful

Jujutsu Kaisen’s Version of Vision is Much More Powerful

Not only does Jujutsu Kaisen‘s Yuki Tsukumo possess Vision‘s iconic ability to manipulate his body mass, she also has access to a host of powers through her use of cursed energy that end up making her significantly more powerful than Marvel’s most famous android hero.

Yuki Tsukumo is one of Jujutsu Kaisen’s four “special grade” sorcerers. Special grade sorcerers are the “freaks” of the Jujutsu community. With unimaginable potential, these sorcerers arguably have the power to take over an entire country. Moreover, Yuki is an even rarer type of special grade sorcerer because she also was a “star plasma” or one of the few children with the ability to merge with Master Tengen, the immortal sorcerer who protects the Jujutsu sorcerer community. Meanwhile, in Marvel Comics and the MCU Vision is a sentient android that initially began “life” as the robot creation of Phineas Horton. Subsequently developed by the Avengers’ arch nemesis Ultron and infused with human brain patterns, Vision evolved into the super-powered highly intelligent being he is known as today.

While it should be clear that both individuals are supremely capable heroes, when it comes to who is more powerful, Yuki’s supernatural abilities outweigh Vision’s technological attributes. On the one hand, Yuki mimics perhaps the Vision’s most effective skill, namely the ability to control his body mass such that he can make it as light as a feather or as heavy as his mind can imagine. As revealed in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 205, Yuki also has the ability to control the density of her body and, like Vision, she’s effectively integrated the ability into her melee tactics. She can move with otherworldly quickness then follow it up with a blow that will literally have the proportional impact of a mountain striking an opponent. More than just aping Vision’s skills though, Yuki’s abilities make her stronger than the famous Marvel synthezoid.

Yuki Can Hit With The Force of Hulk and the Speed of Flash in Jujutsu Kaisen

Jujutsu Kaisen’s Version of Vision is Much More Powerful

Where Yuki is able to truly separate herself from the Vision, in terms of power, is with her additional abilities as a special grade sorcerer. While the extent of Yuki’s cursed powers in Jujutsu Kaisen is unknown, there are a number of techniques that she is assumed to have. One of the more powerful of these techniques is her barrier power. A barrier is a psychic wall of force she can use to shield herself from harm. The top-level barrier power is known as “domain expansion” which traps an opponent in an environment under the complete control of the user. While the story has yet to reveal whether she has this ability, based on her special grade status, it is assumed she does.

Outside of her possible domain abilities, one power she has is her control over Garuda, a spirit that obeys her command. Yuki can also manipulate Garuda’s mass in the same manner that she can manipulate her own. It’s like having two Visions fight you at the same time – both battering an opponent with the force of the Hulk and the speed of the Flash. Those two factors, on their own, are enough to prove Jujutsu Kaisen‘s Yuki is more powerful. But, for those still not convinced, there is also the fact that in addition to her awesome physical capabilities, she is also a world-class sorcerer with strong. While Vision is a powerful hero, even he would certainly agree that he is vastly outmatched by Jujutsu Kaisen’s Yuki.
