Former The Daily Show host Jon Stewart will return to the show. Most recently, The Daily Show had its permanent host as comedian Trevor Noah, who hosted the show 2015–2022. Noah had his last episode on the show on December 8, 2022, and The Daily Show has since been having a series of guest hosts for the series.
According to Deadline, The Daily Show has announced the return of former host Stewart.
