A surprising behind the scenes video sees Hayden Christensen celebrate his triumphant return in Ahsoka episode 5. Christensen delighted viewers when he appeared in the cliffhanger ending of Ahsoka episode 4, and the legendary actor got plenty of time to shine in episode 5. This has been the cause for celebration among viewers ever since the episode premiered.
Christensen’s own celebration of his return – presumably recorded before the strikes – has now by shared by Entertainment Tonight.
Christensen shares that “I just feel very grateful” at the opportunity to step into Anakin’s robes again, especially alongside his long-time friend Rosario Dawson.
Hayden Christensen Has Become Star Wars Royalty
In the years following the release of the prequel Star Wars trilogy, Christensen has become nothing less than royalty to the franchise. Though it wasn’t always this way, those who grew up with the prequels have finally been able to make their voices heard – and have been lavishing him with the praise he deserves.
It’s very possible that Ahsoka episode 5 isn’t the last time viewers will see Christensen’s Anakin in the series. Unused dialogue from trailers are hinting towards Anakin once again providing his former Padawan with both encouragement and praise as she continues her intergalactic journey.
