The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes‘ extended trailer reveals the best look yet at Rachel Zegler’s “Anti-Katniss”. Directed by franchise veteran Francis Lawrence, the upcoming prequel film is once again based on source material by author Suzanne Collins. The film follows Zegler’s Lucy Gray, a District 12 tribute for the 10th iteration of the Hunger Games who is mentored by a young Coriolanus Snow (Tom Blythe).
Now, ahead of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes release date, an extended trailer shared by Lionsgate provides the best look yet at Lucy and Snow, teasing how the story and its characters are different from previous installments. Check out the trailer below:
