How To Unlock Master Classes in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes

Players can unlock Master Classes in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes to maximize their character’s strength. Master Classes are the final expansion for each class and unlock new abilities and attacks. Master Classes are not accessible until Part 2 in the story campaign, but once available, players can find them in the Training Instructor’s facility in camp as a Master Class Certification Exam.

There are three main storylines and houses in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. The Golden Deer House, run by Claude, has a mix of ranged and melee attackers. The Blue Lions House, run by Dimitri, focuses heavily on close-range weapons. The Black Eagles House, run by Edelgard, focuses heavily on magic. The protagonist of Three Hopes is Shez, and early in the campaign players must choose either the Golden Deer, Blue Lions, or Black Eagles House. In each of these storylines, players can unlock and use different characters that specialize in different classes.

There are 12 different Master Classes in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes that span five basic types of units: cavalry, infantry, flying, armored cavalry, and infantry. Each of these Master Classes has different abilities and apply to different weapons, so players can try out different Master Classes to create different character builds. When choosing a Master Class, players will need to use a Master Seal. There are two ways to obtain Master Seals; one is from completing missions throughout the story campaign, and the other is buying them from Anna’s Secret Shop in Three Hopes.

How To Unlock Master Classes in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes

To unlock Master Classes in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, go to the Camp. From the quick access menu, click on Training Instructor to speak with him at the Training Grounds. Go to Acquire Class, and players can upgrade the Classes here from Beginner, to Intermediate, to Advanced, and finally to Master Classes. Master Classes are not available until at least chapter 10. Once players can upgrade to Master Class, complete the Master’s Certification Exam, which requires 10 Lavish Building Materials, 10 Elite Training Gear, and 2,000 gold. Master Classes will now be unlocked, and players can upgrade their characters with a Master Seal. In addition to the mainline story characters, players can upgrade the hidden characters in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.

Players will find Lavish Building Material and Elite Training Gear throughout the story campaign, regardless of which of the three storylines they choose. However, players cannot upgrade characters that are not playable in that storyline in the game. The required upgrade materials can also be earned from the Supply Master after a battle, or from Survey locations on the map.  While it takes a lot of gold and materials to upgrade to Master Classes, players should work on this upgrade as soon as possible to make their characters stronger. Master Classes have very high-level abilities and some also use magic. Completing missions, battles, and finding survey locations is a great way for players to earn experience in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.
