Both games are completely different in tone as one focuses on exploration, beautiful environments, and engaging combat, the other is Paper Mario: The Origami King. This open-world action game is the newest game developed by PlayStation legends, Sucker Punch Productions, and has been one of the most heavily anticipated games to release in 2020. Here’s how players can show their respects with the Sly Cooper outfit and unlock the Cooper Clan Cosplay Trophy.

Sly Cooper released back on the PS2 and was a massive hit for the console. This is the era where 3D-platformers were still a thing and each new game came along with their own special mascot to represent them. Sly Cooper is the series that put Sucker Punch on the map. Three games were released during the PS2 lifecycle and Sucker Punch shifted energy into their new franchise, Infamous, once the PS3 began to gain some momentum. Regardless, almost every game released by Sucker Punch has been a home run for the studio and for the players back at home, anticipating their next release. Ghost of Tsushima references their oldest franchise with a new costume of Sly Cooper and this guide will explain how players can find it.

How to Find the Sly Cooper Outfit in Ghost of Tsushima (Cooper Clan Cosplay Trophy)

This costume is broken down into four different parts. Bringing all 4 pieces together will form that Sly Cooper costume in the game and help players with the Cooper Clan Cosplay Trophy. Here is how to obtain all 4 parts of the Sly Cooper costume.

  • Crooked Kama Headband: The player will need to reach Act 3 in the main story. Now, head over to the Jogaku Temple. Once here, find a tall pagoda and use the iron hook to climb it. At the top, look around until the player finds the Crooked Kama Headband.
  • Gosaku’s Armor: The player will need to reach Act 2 in the main story. Players can access this armor during the Mythic Tale: The Unbreakable Gosaku, players will head to Akashima Village and find a singer. The player will then need to find 6 keys scattered around the map. Four of these keys can be found in Izukara and the final two located in Toyotama. After collecting all the keys, head to Akashima’s Old Togo Rice Field, and on the eastern side of the mountain, the player will find a stone door. On the inside, is the Gosaku’s Armor.
  • Sly Tanuki Sword Kit: The player will need to reach Act 3 in the main story. Head to Kamiagata and reach the eastern coast of Kin to find a small peninsula. Head to the absolute edge to find the Sly Tanuki.
  • Ocean’s Guardian Armor Dye: The player will need to find 10 flowers to buy the dye.

The player will put all of these items together to create an armor that represents Sly Cooper and collect the Cooper Clan Cosplay Trophy. Ghost of Tsushima is an ambitious game that brings players back to the 13th century. Winds guide the player around the world rather than a traditional waypoint arrow and combat is slower and more calculated. It’s very easy to get lost in exploring the gorgeous landscapes and avoid doing the main quests. It’s neat that the game features a reference to Sucker Punch’s history with Sly Cooper. This has been one of the best games to release in 2020.

Ghost of Tsushima is available now on PS4.
