How To Beat Atticus in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet (Poison Crew Base)

There are many Team Star Base battles in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and among them is a battle with a leader named Atticus in the Poison Crew Base. The player can perform these Team Star base battles in whatever sequence they like. For trainers that desire to commit to fighting all five Bases in order of difficulty, there is a recommended course of action. Atticus is the captain of the Navi Squad, a member of the Poison Crew of the nefarious Team Star.

In the Tagtree Thicket part of the Paldea region, which is in the northeast, is where Atticus’ Poison Crew base is. It’s west of East Province and just north of Zapapico, here players can find the item needed to evolve Charcadet in Scarlet and Violet. A sequence will begin to play once Trainers are sufficiently close to the Navi Squad base’s entrance. It’s a good idea to make sure all Pokémon are healthy before coming to the base since, after that, players can proceed toward the flags to face a trainer outside before entering inside.

Poison Crew Star Barrage

The Star Barrage will begin as soon as the gate opens. Within a 10-minute time frame, players must race around the camp and eliminate at least 30 Pokémon. Players should utilize the R button to send out their own creatures in order to beat the trainers’ Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet. Trainers will be using the Let’s Go function to combat the Star Barrage. Gamers can press ‘R’ to send out Pokémon while coming across groups of adversaries. To call out additional Pokémon and to transport them between locations when facing additional foes, players can keep pressing ‘R’.

Defeating Atticus

Atticus will use four Pokémon; Skuntank (level 32), Revavroom (level 32), Muk (level 32), and Navi Starmobile (level 32). Players should absolutely be sure to have a Pokémon with strong Psychic/Ground-type moves if their team is around the early 30s in terms of levels. Players are likely to be poisoned at least a few times when facing Atticus, hence it is strongly advised that they pack enough Potions and Antidotes.

After defeating Atticus and clearing Team Star’s Poison Crew base, players will receive Atticus’ Team Star Badge as a prize. As they advance in the Starfall Street tale, they may also receive additional TM recipes and materials, LP, or Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s TM102, Gunk Shot.
