The Sun shared exclusive information regarding the home invasion, including the fact that the door had been “kicked in.” During the burglary, furniture was stolen. A Union County deputy shared that the break-in happened shortly after Tammy and her sister Amy Slaton Halterman had moved out of the residence. As fans know, Amy bought a new home with her husband, Michael Halterman, and Tammy has been gone for the last few months, so the duplex was unoccupied.
According to the deputy, the thieves cased the home, noticing that it hadn’t been lived in for some time. The suspects have yet to be identified, but they kicked in the back door and stole the washer and dryer. The thieves also took some of Tammy’s furnishings.
