House Stark & The Wall’s Return In House Of The Dragon Season 2 Explained

House Stark is returning in House of the Dragon season 2 and, more surprisingly, so too is the Wall. House of the Dragon season 2 will properly begin the Dance of the Dragons, building on from Lucerys Velaryon’s death and truly dividing Westeros between the blacks and the greens.

Even the marketing for the Game of Thrones prequel is playing into that divide, with black and green versions of the House of the Dragon season 2 trailer released. Among the many epic moments promised for the upcoming run of episodes are, excitingly, the return of important Game of Thrones locations and houses.

House Stark’s return was set up in House of the Dragon season 1’s ending, with Jacaerys Velaryon sent to meet with Cregan Stark, Lord of Winterfell, and win his support for their side. That is teased in the season 2 trailer, as Jace walks alongside Cregan (played by Tom Taylor). While there will be a visit to Winterfell, it also looks like they will travel to the Wall as part of their story, whether that’s as part of their bonding or something with a bigger purpose.
