Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How To Unlock The Dreamy Outfit

Hello Kitty Island Adventure: How To Unlock The Dreamy Outfit

<

In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, there are several new things to discover in the latest update, LittleTwinStars, including furniture, friends, and clothes. Though there are several new clothing items, one set, in particular, is likely to catch players’ eyes and that is the Dreamy Outfit.

The Dreamy Outfit, also known as a costume in Hello Kitty Adventure, includes three separate pieces. It includes the Dreamy Beret, Dreamy Top, and Dreamy Pants. In order to obtain them, unfortunately, players will first need to unlock Cloud Island by completing the Stargazing quest and locating all the Sky fragments.

As stated, to even reach where the Dreamy Outfit can be found, players will need to reach Cloud Island. This is done so by completing both the When You Fwish Upon A Fish quest and the Stargazing quest. Though the former is a small side quest that involves Hangyodon, the latter is the mainline story quest, which only unlocks after the first one, in which players will need to locate a total of 5 fallen Sky Fragments all over Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Luckily, they’re marked on the map, so it should be easy enough. With all 5 pieces, a portal will open on Moon Island, transporting anyone who wishes to use it to Cloud Island.

Cloud Cabins Quest

Immediately after completing the quest that requires bringing Candy Cloud Recipes to various friends in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, the Cloud Cabins quest will unlock. This is the quest associated with the Dream Outfit, but it will require completing a couple of other things on Cloud Island before it becomes available.

Be sure to also be leveling up friendships with Kiki and Lala, so nothing will be locked because of that either. In order to begin the Cloud Cabins quest, head back up to Cloud Island and speak with the two of them about their latest concerns.

Kiki and Lala will express that though their outfits are interesting and stylish where they come from, they think that it’s time they tried something new. Hearing this will officially begin the Cloud Cabins quest. Since there’s only one man on the island to see when it comes to anything fashion-related, it’s time to take them to see Tuxedosam.

As per usual, he will be found back in the main Resort Plaza area of Hello Kitty Island Adventure, inside his shop. Approach him with Kiki and Lala to get some ideas for how to help them test out a new look that’s different from what they’re used to.

Fix The Cloud Ride

Tuxedosam, upon meeting Kiki and Lala, will be struck with inspiration and thus present them with a new look that actually just so happens to be the Dreamy outfit. Tuxedosam will be so blown away with how everything looks that he will request some photos be taken of the twins in their new outfits.

Kiki will let everyone know that he knows a great location for a photoshoot that will really tie everything together, however, in order to use it, the Cloud Ride will need to be activated. The Cloud Ride is not too dissimilar to that of the Ghost Ride, but this one will actually provide transport from point A to point B.

Follow the twins back to Cloud Island and speak with Kiki near the broken Cloud Ride. He will mention that he needs a little energy to get things up and running again and request that you bring him three Starfruit, a new ingredient for recipes. Though this can be a bit of a tedious task, go ahead and hunt around on Cloud Island to find some wild Starfruit lying around. Once at least three have been collected, bring them to Kiki to snack on. Once he’s consumed all the Starfruit, he will eagerly get things up and running and activate the Cloud Ride.

Unlock The Dreamy Outfit

Now that the area with the Cloud Cabins has been reached, it’s time to take some photos. Players will proceed with this the same way they would with taking photos of Gudetama around Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Set up some good poses and shots and take the pictures with Kiki and Lala. Three pictures will be needed and there is no reason to stress about where exactly to take each photo as the twins will be pretty good about placing themselves where each photo needs to be taken. So all you have to do is point the camera and take the photo.

Once the last photo has been taken, speak with Lala who will say it is time to return to Tuxedosam. After speaking with a very pleased Tuxedosam, the Cloud Cabins quest will be completed and despite that the main goal of the quest was new clothing for Kiki and Lala, they will return to their traditional clothing.

However, perhaps they’ll be spotted in the new outfit from time to time, the same way that Kuromi can occasionally be caught in the Witch Costume, whenever she feels like it. Note that the Dreamy Outfit, unlike the Mermaid Outfit, will all be found in one place and must be crafted.

With the quest complete, return to Cloud Island and click on Kiki’s shop there. It should open up with some new items in the inventory. Note that these items may or may not appear earlier than this, but by this point, they should definitely be in the shop. Unfortunately, each piece requires a significant amount of Stardust to create as well as some thread.

On the luckier side, however, Kiki and Lala themselves are actually the ones who gift Stardust as a friendship reward. Seems a little backward, but that’s the way it is. Once the necessary materials have been collected, players will be able to craft every piece of this Hello Kitty Island Adventure Outfit.
