HBO’s 26-year-old Emmy-winning comedy series Sex and the City has surged in popularity on Netflix, making its way onto the past week’s Top 10 chart. This means the show was a relatively popular watch, and indicates the staying power of the series despite being over two decades old.

Why Sex & The City Is Still A Popular HBO Series

The comedy-drama series maintains popularity thanks to its memorable cast and balance between funny and dramatic stories from its beginning through its end in season 6.
