Gore Verbinski, Director Of Pirates Of The Caribbean & The Ring, Set To Direct First Movie In 8 Years

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die, Gore Vebinski’s first movie in 8 years, is now in production. With a script from Matthew Robinson, Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die tells the story of a man from the future who must assemble a team to help save the world. The film marks Verbinski’s first movie since A Cure for Wellness in 2016, which was a notable box office failure.

Deadline now confirms that Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die has officially started production in South Africa. The movie stars Sam Rockwell, Haley Lu Richardson, Michael Peña, Juno Temple, and Zazie Beetz. The film doesn’t yet have a release date.
