The 53-year-old Michigan man didn’t have the best relationship with his Panamanian partner. Despite that, he remained with her and kickstarted the K-1 visa process. During Before the 90 Days season 6, Gino and Jasmine tried to get approval after waiting for 18 months. However, the season finale showed that Jasmine couldn’t undergo her visa interview due to an issue with her application. Fortunately, the couple somehow reunited in the United States before the Tell-All.
The latest preview of the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 6 Tell-All shows Gino opening up about why he wants Jasmine to sign a prenup before marriage. He says (via ET), “There is a small chance that, you know, something could happen,” adding, “I have to protect myself.”
As Gino expresses his side, their co-stars share their take on the situation. Meisha Johnson states, “I am totally on Jasmine’s side on this one,” and claims that a prenup is a red flag. At the same time, Dempsey and Statler disagree with Meisha and pick Gino’s side.

Gino also explains why he never asked his ex-wife to sign a prenup. He says, “She was working and she had her own retirement account with good investments.” He implies that he asked Jasmine for a prenup because she lacks all those traits. Gino also shares his views on Jasmine asking him for a will. He claims it is extremely odd that Jasmine wants him to “do a will” when they are not married yet. He adds, “That scares me, like what, am I gonna be murdered?” Jasmine also states that she’s scared that Gino’s family won’t look after her if something happens to him.
Jasmine and Gino got into a tough spot by continuing their incompatible relationship. The pair should have split up after their toxic fights in Before the 90 Days season 6. However, they continued their relationship for their own selfish needs. Gino stayed with Jasmine, thinking that she’d improve herself for him and make a great wife. Jasmine begged Gino to take her back because he cared for and supported her financially. Now the two are still not on the same page about the prenup, which isn’t going to end well.
90 Day Fiancé season 10 will feature Gino and Jasmine as they navigate their new relationship issues in the United States. However, it doesn’t seem like the two will be able to walk down the aisle and tie the knot. The pair has too many differences that they haven’t yet resolved. Apart from the prenup and will issue, they are still not on the same page about building a future. Jasmine also has her kids, which will eventually factor into her permanently settling down in the United States.
