Futurama has finally returned, with Hulu bringing Matt Groening’s beloved sci-fi series back for season 11. Futurama had a pretty great run, but it was sadly canceled in 2013 for what seemed like the final time. Luckily, Futurama has been picked up again over a decade later, with season 11 answering many of the show’s biggest questions. One of these major Futurama mysteries was resolved at the beginning of season 11, episode 5, “Related to Items You’ve Viewed,” finally answering a massive missing character question.
Tinny Tim Has Been Living Under Fry’s Apartment In Futurama Season 11
Tinny Tim is a popular Futurama character that has been missing for some time now, but as it turns out, he’s been living under Fry’s apartment in season 11. Tinny Tim is a recurring Futurama character, with him appearing in 12 episodes since season 2’s “Xmas Story” as well as the movie Bender’s Big Score. However, before season 11, Tinny Tim hadn’t appeared since season 10’s “Assie Come Home,” causing many to wonder what he’s been up to in the decade since.
While sweeping in his apartment, some specks of dust fall into a hole, with it being revealed that Tinny Tim is living inside it. Tinny Tim makes it seem as if he’s been living here for a while, but it doesn’t seem like Fry and Bender know about it. It’s currently unknown how long Tinny Tim has been living under the Robot Arms Apts complex, but it’s nice to know that he’s still around in Futurama season 11.

Tinny Tim Missed His Obvious Futurama Season 11 Return
Although it’s nice to see that Tinny Tim is back in the show at all, he actually missed his obvious Futurama season 11 return. In most of Tinny Tim’s appearances, he has been seen with the villainous Robot Mafia. Tinny Tim has been a helper of the Robot Mafia, and due to this connection, it was expected that they would all appear together in season 11.

Because of this expectation, many viewers were surprised when the Robot Mafia appeared in Futurama season 11, episode 3, “How the West Was 1010001” without Tinny Tim. If season 11 wanted to bring him back, it would only make sense for him to still be part of the Robot Mafia. Despite this obvious point of return, Tinny Tim actually appeared by himself in season 11, episode 5, finally resolving where the beloved Futurama character has been for the past decade.
