This challenge is fairly simple since the game provides players with tons of different locations to interact with a payphone. Just head to one of the locations above and players should find a payphone they can interact with. From experience, your best bet would be heading over to a location that is away from a Named Location. This will prevent you from running into other players who are looking to complete this challenge. To complete the challenge, just take a random quest from the payphone and the experience will be yours. You don’t even have to complete the task that is provided to you. An easy challenge for a ton of XP.
