Fallout Season 2 Possibility Addressed By Showrunner

Fallout co-showrunner Graham Wagner addresses how likely a season 2 is. Based on the popular video game franchise, Fallout hails from Wagner and co-showrunner Geneva Robertson-Dworet and is set to release on Prime Video this spring. The post-apocalyptic series, which stars Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins, has so far not been greenlit for a season 2, despite there being multiple video games.

In a recent interview with Total Film (via ComicBook.com) ahead of the Fallout release date, Wagner reveals that there are hopes to make a season 2. Check out his comment below:

“It’s an uncertain time in television. So the art form of season finales has become: provide enough closure, but leave the door open for more. But we feel we’ve barely scratched the surface of the Fallout universe. We literally have documents and documents of stuff that we’re, in success, eager to dig into. Our fingers are crossed that we’re going to get the opportunity to do all that stuff.”

More to come…
