The wait for the last Disney+ MCU show of Phase 4, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, is about to be over. With the Marvel Cinematic Universe finally expanding into the Multiverse Saga, it brings in new characters onscreen and presents more complex and diverse stories to its viewers. After the debut of Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), and her superhuman cosmic abilities and mutated genetic makeup in Ms. Marvel, Disney+ is set to release She-Hulk: Attorney at Law just a month later.

Since 2021, Disney+ MCU shows fleshed out the unexplored narratives of established supporting characters from the movies. It follows Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany), a lawyer specializing in superhuman-related legal cases who turns into the large green superhero She-Hulk. She-Hulk Release Date

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is officially scheduled for release on August 17, 2022, as part of Disney+’s August 2022 lineup of shows and movies. This date comes just a week after the premiere of I Am Groot, a series of animated shorts. She-Hulk is also set to conclude on October 12, just weeks before the launch of Marvel’s currently untitled Halloween special.

How Many Episodes Of She-Hulk Will There Be?

The Tatiana Maslany-led superhero show deviated from the initial announcement that it will have ten episodes lasting for six hours. Instead, it will be a “half-hour legal comedy” running for nine episodes. While Disney+ has previously practiced dropping two episodes during a show’s premiere, as it did with WandaVision and Hawkeye, She-Hulk will only debut with a single 30-minute episode.

She-Hulk Cast: Which MCU Actors & Characters Are In It

Tatiana Maslany, known for her work in the sci-fi thriller show Orphan Black, stars as the titular character in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. She is joined by an ensemble cast of MCU veterans and newcomers. Mark Ruffalo, who dons his Smart Hulk persona in She-Hulk, returns as Jennifer’s cousin, while Tim Roth and Benedict Wong reprise their role as Emil Blonsky/ The Abomination and Wong in the show, respectively. Rounding up the She-Hulk characters are The Good Place’s Jameela Jamil as the main villain Titania and Space Force’s Ginger Gonzaga as Nikki Ramos, Jennifer’s best friend. Renée Elise Goldsberry, Josh Segarra, Jon Bass, and Drew Matthews are also included.

She-Hulk Story Details: What We Know

The official synopsis for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law reveals that the show follows Jennifer Walters as “she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk”. As such, there are possibilities that different Marvel characters who might be Jennifer’s clients will also pop up per episode. However, after receiving a gamma-irradiated blood transfusion from Bruce, she gains the superhuman strength, speed, and endurance that comes with her rage-induced transformations. Bruce consequently teaches Jennifer how to handle her superhero alter ego, as she is faced with more challenges. Additionally, as depicted in its Disney+ Day reel and official trailers, She-Hulk breaks the fourth wall, so viewers can expect this interesting component as well.

After an exclusive 15-second first look at Disney+ Day 2021, the official She-Hulk trailer was launched at Disney’s 2022 Upfront presentation. The more elaborate spot broke records for gaining 78 million views in 24 hours, becoming the second-most viewed trailer for a Disney+ MCU show. More recently, the final trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law was unveiled at Marvel Studios’ presentation during the San Diego Comic-Con.
