The Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has introduced several new and fabulous women from Utah, including Lisa Barlow. As early as the premiere episode of RHOSLC, Lisa was definitely one to watch. Since then, she’s become a fan-favorite and arguably one of the most famous of the Salt Lake City ladies.
Right out of the gate, Lisa and fellow RHOSLC castmate Heather Gay were already at odds after Heather was told by Jen Shah that Lisa did not remember her from their college days. This struck a nerve with Heather, so she tried to speak with her at Meredith Mark’s birthday party, but Lisa completely dodged her. Three seasons later, Lisa is still a noteworthy member of the franchise who has made her mark as a Bravolebrity.
Lisa Barlow’s Career
A successful business owner, Lisa has branched out into a variety of consumer spaces. She has worked through a host of business ventures, including several tequila companies and a marketing firm. Bustle reports that Lisa owns a marketing company called LUXE, VIDA tequila, which Lisa, a housewife not to be messed with, constantly mentions on RHOSLC, and a men’s luxury grooming brand called Fresh Wolf. For every purchase, the company donates a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash to a child in the foster care system. Becoming a reality TV star hasn’t hurt Lisa’s brand, but introduced her company to new customers, so her success on RHOSLC has done quite a bit for her success. Lisa even made a cameo in The Housewives of the North Pole in 2021, which stars The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
Lisa Barlow’s Personal Life
Lisa was born on December 14, 1974, making her 48 years old, in New York. The RHOSLC star originally practiced the Jewish faith, but she and her family converted to Mormonism when she was young. Lisa married her husband, John Barlow, in 2003, and the couple shared two sons: Jack and Henry. A glance at Lisa’s Instagram profile shows that she was excited to be a part of RHOSLC and has been happy to continue with it. Most of her photos relate to the show, including some fun promo shots. One interesting photo on her Instagram is an image of her posing with Nikki and Brie Bella from the E! reality series Total Bellas. According to Page Six, she and the Bella twins are good friends and co-founders of their hair care line, Nicole and Brizee.
Lisa is a successful career woman, has a thriving social life, and has an amazing family to go home to. She has it all and now has the fame to go along with it. Lisa, who feuded with Jen, is one of many housewives to make a splash The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and will likely continue to see her year after year.
