Every Movie Coming To Theaters In October 2022

October 2022 will see the arrival of more horror movies right on time for Halloween season along with movies from other genres, such as the sequel to a terrifying slasher movie, Michael Myers’ final killing spree, a new superhero movie from the DC Extended Universe, a drama movie starring Harry Styles, and more. Although cinemas around the world are open and working as usual again, thus allowing studios to release their movies in theaters again, many are still opting for simultaneous releases on different streaming platforms or shortening the window between theatrical and streaming releases, and some of October’s newest movies will follow some of these plans.

September saw a variety of movies arriving in theaters, such as the horror movie Barbarian, Kevin Smith’s Clerks III, the historical epic story The Woman King, the horror movies Pearl and Smile, and the psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling. Some of September’s releases were simultaneously released on streaming platforms and more, as were the cases of Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul on Peacock and House of Darkness on VOD and digital.

October will welcome more horror movies but also a good amount of drama movies, of which some will get simultaneous streaming releases or will be ready to stream a couple of days later. October, then, will see the return of Art the Clown and Michael Myers, the arrival of a new superhero from the DCEU, a drama movie starring Harry Styles and Emma Corin, and more. Here’s every movie coming to theaters in October 2022.
