Every Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Trophy You Can Unlock Almost Instantly

Every Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Trophy You Can Unlock Almost Instantly

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PS5 includes over 40 trophies to unlock and collect. Many of these trophies are unlocked by playing through the story and completing side mission questlines. However, there are quite a few PSN trophies that can be unlocked almost instantly, naturally making them the easiest Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 trophies to obtain.

[Warning: This article contains spoilers for Marvel’s Spider-Man, Miles Morales, and Spider-Man 2.]The trophy “You’re Gonna Need Help” will pop first, but isn’t included in this list. This is because the trophy is story-related and will unlock once the tutorial has been played, and before the game actually opens up for exploration. Once the intro to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has been played, though, this trophy will unlock. Shortly thereafter, the game opens up quite a bit and players are free to start collecting other PSN trophies as they web-sling across New York City.

6 Soar

The “Soar” trophy can be tricky but is still one of the earliest and easiest trophies to unlock in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. This requires using the web glider as Peter or Miles to get from the Financial District in the southwestern end of the map to Astoria in the northeastern corner. The easiest path is to go from a tall building toward the wind tunnel in the northeastern section of the Financial Disctrict (pressing R3 can show the wind tunnels rings and make them easier to spot). After following this path to the end, players can find another wind tunnel slightly to the right that will take them across the river and straight to Astoria.

5 Hang Ten

The “Hang Ten” trophy in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 just requires Peter or Miles to do 30 tricks while web-slinging and without touching the ground or buildings (like with a wall crawl). As soon as the intro is beaten, players are free to start doing tricks as they traverse NYC. The Square button and directional pad can perform tricks like backflips, and it’s fairly easy to do. Newcomers may need to get used to web-swinging first, but it shouldn’t take too long to learn the ropes.

4 You Know What To Do

“You Know What To Do” is one of three easy trophies that will pop in the overworld once players have found or performed a certain task. Anyone who has played the first game will remember where Uncle Ben is buried in the graveyard in the northwestern corner of the map in the Harlem District. Aunt May’s grave can easily be found beside it. To get this trophy to unlock, however, players will need to be controlling Peter Parker at the time.

3 Just Let Go

“Just Let Go” is similar to “You Know What To Do,” but this time it needs to be Miles Morales who finds this location in NYC. This is the science fair trophy Miles and Phin won in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. It’s on the ledge of the Trinity Church in the Financial District, presumably where it’s been sitting ever since. The trophy will pop once Miles finds it.

2 Home Run!

Like the previous two trophies, “Home Run!” requires finding a specific location in the overworld. However, to get this trophy to pop, Peter or Miles will have to round the bases at the Big Apple Ballers Stadium in the Downtown Brooklyn District. It’s incredibly easy once players know where to look – Peter or Miles can simply start with the home plate and then run the bases in order.

1 Splat

“Splat” is probably the easiest non-story-related trophy to get in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. To get it, Peter or Miles need to wipe out on a trick while web-slinging. There are a variety of ways to get this, but the easiest is to simply web-sling, start a trick, and keep performing it as Spider-Man crashes to the ground.
