Elden Ring: How to Find (& Summon) Banished Knight Oleg

Banished Knight Oleg is a Summon Spirit in Elden Ring attainable early in the game and is powerful enough to assist the player to the final boss. Banished Knight Oleg Summoning Ashes is located within Fringefolk Hero’s Grave in the Elden Ring starting building. The closest Site of Grace is the Stranded Graveyard.

Players must have two Stonesword Keys in order to access Fringefolk Hero’s Grave. The closest Stonesword Keys to Fringefolk Hero’s Grave are in the Dragonburnt Ruins, held by a corpse near the main arc, and in a room with a large rat enemy. And at Stormhill Shack, found by following the Guiding Light from the Site of Grace to Stormhill castle.

Once the player acquires two Stonesword Keys, return to the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace and Interact with the Imp Statue next to the fog wall. Use the two Stonesword Keys to unlock Fringefolk Hero’s Grave. When entering Fringefolk Hero’s Grave, players should be wary of the poison pit and the Giant Chariot enemy.

Where To Find Banished Knight Oleg in Elden Ring

Elden Ring: How to Find (& Summon) Banished Knight Oleg

After players pass the poison pit, there will be a Giant Chariot that will crush the player. Players will see the Giant Chariot in Elden Ring on a set path. They will need to outmaneuver the Giant Chariot and run down the ramp to reach Banished Knight Oleg. There will be openings to the left and right sides of the path to dodge the Giant Chariot. However, be aware that there are enemies hiding in the openings.

Players will continue to dodge the Giant Chariot and kill the enemies until they reach a cross-section. Head to the left of the cross-section, and there will be a path with a fog wall. Past this fog wall will be an Ulcerated Tree Spirit. Defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit to unlock Banished Knight Oleg’s Summoning Ashes.

Banished Knight Oleg costs 100 FP to use and is a heavily armored knight in Elden Ring equipped with two large swords. He has high health and deals moderate damage. His greatest strengths are his ability to deal high damage and stagger enemies with a special attack. He can clear out large groups of enemies and truly shines when used during bosses and mini-bosses. Even though Banished Knight Oleg deals moderate damage, he can stagger the majority of enemies enough for the player to throw in their own attacks. And due to Oleg’s tanky health bar, he is perfect for distracting the enemy and allowing the player time to replenish Health or FP.
