In Dread X Collection 3, players can explore a spooky castle filled with jack-o-lanterns, cobwebs, and haunted paintings. Using items they find around the castle, players can look for and collect items to help them move further in the game. With a vacuum in tow, they will need to collect candles in order to unlock games in the graveyard.
There are 12 candles hidden throughout the castle that players can collect. Games can be unlocked by placing a candle at the graves marked with their titles in the graveyard.
How to Find Candles in Dread X Collection 3
Graveyard Candle
- Players will be able to find the first candle in the Graveyard, and should be the easiest one to find. Look for a statue with a candle in its hand. Collect it and place it at a grave to play that game.
Snake Key Candle
- After unlocking the first game, players can pull the lever next to the locked castle gate. Open the gate to find the hallway on the left side. Here, there will be a candle and a snake key.
Dog Candle
- After using the snake key to open the snake door, players can go up the stairs down the hall and go through the broken window. Follow the pathway to the cathedral and jump down after picking up the dog food to reach the altar. Use the lever to open the door and then give dog food to Pumpkin the dog in order to get the next candle.
Vacuum Candle
- For the rest of the candles, players will need to access the vacuum first. Across from Pumpkin the dog is a door that leads to a ladder. At the top of the ladder is a hallway that leads to a room. In this room is a vacuum that can be used to clear cobwebs. Exit the room again to find a candle in a corner behind some cobwebs.
Cathedral Candle
- On the ground floor of the cathedral is another candle. It will be hidden in a corner behind cobwebs.
Cat Room Candles
- In the room with the cat, players can find more cobwebs in a corner. Clear the cobwebs to find a tiny coffin with a candle in it. Behind the cat room is a table that has cat food hidden under the cobwebs. Give the food to the cat to get the next candle.
Garden Candle
- On the balcony garden, the demon plant will be holding the candle. Concoct the weed killer by clicking on the Hug of Dog jar twice, the Kiss of Toad jar once, and the Gummy Worms jar three times in the next room. Give the weed killer to the demon plant to get the candle.
Dungeon Candle
- On the bottom floor, players can find the elevator lever behind the cobwebs in the hallway. Collect the lever and use it one the elevator to fix it. At the top floor the player will see a pumpkin pie, and they can click on it a few times to receive a key. Use the key in the lock in the library to find the stairway that goes down to the dungeon. The candle will be waiting on the floor of the dungeon.
Crow Candle
- On the roof past the broken window, players will find a crow. To get past the crow, they will need to put the cursed sword from the dungeon in its nest. This will make it fly away so that players can reach the candle.
Mirror Candle
- Past the snake door, there is a room that contains a mirror. In the reflection, players will be able to see a different version of the room, as well as a candle. Adjust items in the room to match the reflection, and the coffin in the room will open to give the player the candle.
Tower Candle
- After completing the eleventh game, players will be able to access the tower. Take the elevator near the courtyard to reach the top of the tower. The final candle will be waiting here.
With all of the candles collected, players can now unlock all of the games in the graveyard.
