Dragon Ball Super’s Newest Era of Fighters Unite in Badass New Art

Dragon Ball Super has been going strong in the manga and anime space ever since its debut in 2015, with Goku and the rest of the Z-Fighters somehow finding ways to reach even higher levels of power than what fans thought possible before. And in new fanart, the entire crew, from Goku to Vegeta to Broly and beyond, power up to their ultimate transformations, uniting Dragon Ball’s latest era of Z-Warriors in one badass piece of art.

An epic image recently uploaded to X by @DBSKAKERU1, this creator is hands down one of the best Dragon Ball fan artists in the nerd community, with dozens upon dozens of unique images showcasing their skills as an Akira Toriyama-level talent.

Illustrating images that adhere to proper Dragon Ball events — like Gohan going Super Saiyan 2 as seen in the Bojack Unbound movie — @DBSKAKERU1 also dreams up fun scenarios that never came to pass in the series, like Vegeta becoming King of the Saiyans, and even Chi-Chi getting back to her fighting roots, all to impressive results.

Recently finishing its adaptation of the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, Dragon Ball Super’s manga is about to enter uncharted story territory, with its most iconic heroes in Goku, Vegeta, Broly, Piccolo, Gohan, Goten, and Trunks, currently at the peak of their already incredible power. From Goku and Vegeta’s Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego techniques to Piccolo and Gohan’s “Orange” and “Beast” forms to Broly, Goten, and Trunks’ increasingly powerful Super Saiyan transformations, Dragon Ball is firing on all cylinders, with @DBSKAKERU1’s piece showing what its new era looks like as it stands now.

Brought together in a collage of individual character panels, @DBSKAKERU1 draws Orange Piccolo cracking his knuckles in anticipation for his next fight, while next to him, Super Saiyan Trunks and Goten smirk and smile dressed in their Saiyaman X-1 and X-2 costumes. Depicting a freshly transformed Beast Gohan taking off his glasses on the panel below them, @DBSKAKERU1 next draws a determined Ultra Ego Vegeta beside a ready-for-anything Ultra Instinct Goku, finishing off this epic piece by showing an enraged Broly as he reaches his fully powered Super Saiyan form.

So while it remains to be seen if all seven of these Z-Warriors will join forces in the field of battle once they’re inevitably forced to take on the next omnipotent enemy to threaten their existence, getting to see them in a single image together is an exciting taste for what’s to come. Dragon Ball Super has a selection of powerful fighters ready to bring the series into its next era, so fans should throw a follow on @DBSKAKERU1’s account for more stunning pieces of art that can’t be seen anywhere else.
