Dragon Ball Super: Every Saiyan Still Alive In Universe 7, Ranked By Strength

As each month passes, fans are beginning to see more of Bardock in the Dragon Ball Super manga. It seems many fans are finally getting the exact moments they have been longing for in the series for years.

Goku is remembering what was once forgotten, his mother and father, and how they saved him from the destruction of Planet Vegeta – a catastrophe that saw the death of nearly every Saiyan. However, there are still a few Saiyans that have survived and they have since been restoring their number one at a time on Planet Earth.

Bulla

Dragon Ball Super: Every Saiyan Still Alive In Universe 7, Ranked By Strength

Bulla is the daughter of Vegeta and Bulma and the younger sister of Trunks. In Dragon Ball Super she was born relatively recently and there are no signs of whether or not she will end up becoming a fighter. Unlike Pan, who has shown feats as a baby, it’s impossible at the moment to determine where exactly her power would sit compared to others.

As the series progresses, it seems the newborn Saiyan warriors are getting stronger and stronger. Pan proved this to be the case, so why not with Bulla? Still, it’s safe to assume as of now that Bulla is the weakest of the remaining Saiyans.

Pan

Pan trianing in Dragon Ball Super.

Pan is the daughter of Gohan and Videl, and the granddaughter of Goku. Where the Dragon Ball Super manga is currently concerned Pan is still a toddler, however, her strength is already extremely impressive for her age. No other character has shown thus far in the series to be able to fly as a baby.

Though she is a baby, for now, it doesn’t look like that’ll be the case for too much longer. In the upcoming movie, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, fans got to see a bit of an older Pan who seems like she’ll be doing some fighting. Many are even speculating whether or not she’ll transform into a Super Saiyan, which would certainly be a spectacle to behold. The new youngest Super Saiyan and the first Universe 7 female Super Saiyan.

Tarble

Tarble With Bulma and Launch in Dragon Ball.

Tarble is the often forgotten, younger brother of Vegeta. While Tarble hasn’t been physically seen in Dragon Ball Super, he has been mentioned a few times. Tarble was sent away from his home planet, Vegeta, when he was a child by his father who felt him a disgrace for his low power level, despite him being a member of one of anime’s most dysfunctional royal families.

Even with this, Tarble has proven to have grown strong throughout the years being able to stand up against two foes who were said to be stronger than Frieza. Frieza’s level during Dragon Ball Zhas long since been surpassed and it’s possible even Pan has surpassed Tarble by now.

Goten

Goten jumping happily in Dragon Ball Super.

Goten is the younger brother of Gohan and the son of Goku and Chi-Chi. Goten has always been notable for his similar features to Goku, though that seems to be changing with the upcoming film as Goten gets his own hairstyle and new look. Goten has always been incredibly strong and is still the youngest Super Saiyan to date.

However, he has always been slightly less powerful than his best friend, Trunks. Hopefully, there is more in store for this character in the future now that he’s finally gotten his own look. Many fans want to see him develop as his own character, not just a copy of Goku, and not just always rely on the fusion of Gotenks.

Trunks

Trunks going Super Saiyan in Dragon Ball Super.

Trunks is the son of Vegeta and Bulma. He often gets overshadowed by his future counterpart who has been a much more impactful character to the plot than Trunks. Trunks is a tremendously powerful warrior and has been pushed as far as he is because of his father, Vegeta. Over the recent years, it seems that most of his training has been on his own and with Goten.

The two of them have worked hard wanting to hone their skills and allow themselves to be useful to others. It seems Vegeta’s primary critique of the boys is their reliance on fusion, hopefully, this is a foreshadowing that they will soon forego this technique and continue to develop as individual fighters.

Gohan

Gohan in Dragon Ball

Gohan is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi. It’s incredible to think that Gohan was once the strongest character in Dragon Ball Z, however, all of that changed in Dragon Ball Super. Many fans have been consistently frustrated with the writing of the character wishing for a bigger role and for him to keep the power that he always seems to lose.

It does seem that some of those fans will be getting their wish. The upcoming film, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero seems to heavily imply that Gohan will play the primary role in the film. It also seems evident that he will be facing a certain foe again . . . or at the least, a variation of that old villain.

Broly

Broly powering up in Dragonball Z

Broly is one of four full-blooded Saiyans remaining and the recent primary antagonist of the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly, immediately becoming one of the strongest Dragon Ball movie villains. In non-canon Broly had constantly been an overwhelming threat that the heroes fought time and time again. Now, however, Broly is new and improved in canon surpassing both Goku and Vegeta in strength at the time.

Broly has proven he has more potential than any other character thus far and promises to excite viewers for years to come. In the trailer to Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, fans got to see a small glimpse of Goku and Broly in training. Perhaps Broly will develop similarly to how Kale did and will get a grasp on his rage being able to control his Legendary Super Saiyan form.

Vegeta

Vegeta in Super Saiyan Blue Advanced Form in Dragon Ball Super.

Vegeta is the deuteragonist of Dragon Ball Super and needs no introduction. At this point in time, it’s difficult to say who is stronger between Goku and Vegeta. However, it seems to go back and forth between the two of them. As Saiyans fight, they grow stronger and this has been more than evident in the Dragon Ball Super manga.

When Vegeta breaks his limits he appears to surpass Goku, yet when Goku fights next he, in turn, surpasses him. It may be the safest bet to say these two are equal, but fans know that Goku will always have the edge.

Goku

Goku preparing to fight in Dragon Ball Super.

Goku is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball franchise and is a man who is constantly seeking greater strength. Despite the memes in the Dragon Ball community, Goku is far from the strongest individual in Dragon Ball Super, in fact, he was never even the strongest in Dragon Ball Z either. Still, Goku has climbed higher and higher surpassing obstacle after obstacle.

At times it feels there will be no end to this Saiyan’s power and it’s a terrifying thought that Goku might one day reach a level where he’s the strongest. That day, however, will hopefully never come. Goku always needs someone stronger than him. Goku’s goal isn’t to be the strongest after all, but it’s to fight more powerful and more challenging foes always.
