Dragon Ball Proved One Saiyan Hero Could Destroy the Multiverse

Super Dragon Ball Heroes is known for its wild plot lines and over-the-top villains which constantly threaten to destroy the universe, and even history itself. The constant conflict with universal level beings has only served to benefit Goku and Vegeta, however, as their power grows several magnitudes higher throughout the course of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission. At the conclusion of the Universe Mission, one Saiyan is shown to have power beyond the gods, rivaling that of Zeno himself: the fusion warrior Gogeta.

Towards the finale of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission, the goal of the main antagonist Hearts is finally revealed. He wants to free all mortals from the reign of the gods, which includes Zeno. In order to get this plan to work, Hearts uses the Universe Seed, a seed that when grown is capable of birthing entire universes. When Hearts consumes the Universe Seed, he gains a massive powerup, the likes of which have never been seen before in Dragon Ball. With his newfound power, he’s able to hold off the likes of Hit, Jiren, Goku, and Vegeta all at the same time and exert control over fundamental forces of the universe like gravity. Though the battle seems lost, both Hit and Jiren manage to stall Hearts long enough for Goku and Vegeta to complete the Fusion Dance, resulting in the birth of the universe’s strongest warrior.

Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta’s power is so overwhelming that even with the power of the Universe Seed, Hearts’ attacks do little to faze him. Hearts is awestruck by this kind of potential and believes that if they worked together, both he and Gogeta could kill Zeno and free all mortals. Gogeta responds by saying he has little care for Hearts’ ambitions and that he already lives a life free of control. This angers Hearts who calls down a gargantuan meteor from the sky, sure it would obliterate Gogeta. Much to his surprise, however, Gogeta wipes out the meteor with a second thought and proceeds to vaporize Hearts with a powerful God Kamehameha.

This version of Gogeta is likely the most powerful incarnation of the character yet. He quite literally went up against a being with destructive power on a universal scale and wasn’t even sweating. Given that Hearts’ true aim was to kill Zeno, however, the true depth of his power is likely closer to that of multiversal levels of destruction. If Zeno can delete universes with the wave of his hand, there’s no doubt Hearts was pursuing greater strength than this in order to combat the gods. On top of that, the Dragon Ball universe is already composed of multiple realms such as Other World and Hell, which lends even more credence to the idea that Zeno deleting the Dragon Ball universe is actually a multiversal feat. Gogeta being able to contend with this kind of power and effectively beat Hearts with no difficulty speaks volumes about his place as one of the universe’s most powerful fighters to ever exist.

Ever since the days of Dragon Ball Z, fans have wondered when the Saiyans crossed into universal levels of power. Some speculate Vegito was the first to accomplish this feat with his victory over the time-space distorting Buuhan. Others believed it was when Super Saiyan God Goku clashed with Beerus and threatened to destroy every realm in the universe. There is, however, absolutely no doubt that Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta from Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission could wipe out the multiverse if he wanted to.
