Following her explosive debut in the Disney+ show, Ahsoka‘s Shin Hati is getting the spotlight in a new Star Wars Black Series figure. Played by Ivanna Sakhno, Hati is introduced to the Lucasfilm franchise as the apprentice to Ray Stevenson’s Dark Jedi Baylan Skoll, having been rescued by him from Order 66 and helping him in his quest to acquire more power, all while teaming with Diana Lee Inosanto’s Morgan Elsbeth and her planning with Admiral Thrawn. While not much is known about hers or anyone else’s franchise future, Ahsoka season 2 is currently in development at Lucasfilm.
Now, Screen Rant is proud to exclusively reveal the latest of Star Wars‘ Black Series figures, which shines the spotlight on Ahsoka‘s Shin Hati. This version of the Dark Jedi sees Hati donning her stylish Jedi robe, with the premium six-inch figure also featuring premium detail and multiple points of articulation, as well as a Lightsaber accessory.

What Does The Future Hold For Shin Hati In Star Wars?
With Ahsoka season 2 currently in development, it seems likely that the Disney+ show is the most likely route for Sati to make her Star Wars return. After following Skoll for the majority of the season, the show eventually saw Sakhno’s character turn her loyalties away from Skoll and towards Lars Mikkelsen’s Admiral Thrawn, who offered her a position of power in his plans to reinstate the Galactic Empire. Unfortunately for her, though, the Ahsoka ending saw her abandoned by Thrawn, Skoll and Elsbeth after Rosario Dawson’s former Jedi Padawan successfully overpowered her and the squadrons of Night Troopers she brought to kill Sabine Wren and Ezra Bridger.
Given Hati is now left without the allies she previously had, instead now teaming up with the bandits on Peridea, there are a number of potential paths for the character’s future in Ahsoka season 2. Despite turning down Tano’s offer of redemption in the season 1 finale, they and Sabine are all trapped on the same Noti homeworld planet, which could result in Ashoka finding a way to break through to Hati and turn her towards the Light Side of the Force.

Ahsoka season 1 promised further exploration of Peridea and Star Wars’ second galaxy, with season 2 of the show positioned to answer many questions.
The other possible outcome for Shin Hati’s return in Ahsoka season 2 is to instead become more of an antagonist for Dawson’s titular character out of a sense of revenge for making her stranded without the help of Skoll, Thrawn and Elsbeth. Without the group’s influence, it does seem a less likely route for her, as she doesn’t have the same darker influences on her path as before, but if she continues to reject Tano’s offer for redemption, it could still lead to her twisting the various lessons she’s been taught into even darker territory.
