Critically Acclaimed 2022 Survival Thriller Gets The Greenlight For 2 Sequels

Fall, the breakout survival thriller, is set to become a franchise with two sequels receiving the green light. Released in 2022, the survival thriller follows a simple premise involving two women who climb a 2,000-foot-tall TV tower and become stranded at the top. The film, produced on a small budget of $3 million, was a surprise critical and commercial success, which opened the door for potential sequels.

Now, Fall is set to become a franchise with not one, but two sequels. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Capstone Studios has greenlit two sequels with Scott Mann, who directed and co-wrote the original movie, returning to produce both sequels, but only direct the third film. The sequels will also bring back undisclosed original characters. Filming on the first sequel is set to begin in June 2024.
