Cinderella has transformed into a revenge-seeking slasher character in the trailer for the upcoming horror movie Cinderella’s Revenge. There are many new films in the works that seek to transform children’s characters and fairy tale heroes into blood-soaked murderers. One of the most well-known examples of this is Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, a film that turned Pooh and Piglet into slasher villains.
Now, Sobini Films has released a trailer for Cinderella’s Revenge, a horror take on the princess’ classic fairy tale story.
The trailer shows Cinderella being mistreated by her step-sisters, with a more vengeful version of the Fairy Godmother prompting her to kill them. Donning a demonic mask, the trailer shows her going on a killing spree, seeking vengeance for her mistreatment.
