The Netflix series Castlevania: Nocturne includes a well-rounded cast that brings the classic video game characters to life. Castlevania’s sequel series follows vampire hunter Richter Belmont, a member of the famous Belmont clan, as he tries to uphold his family’s legacy by taking down the vampire cabal controlling French society. Castlevania: Nocturne takes place approximately 300 years after the original animated series and is located in the French Revolution instead of Wallachia. As such, there’s a whole new group of characters at the center of the story.
Though the series focuses primarily on Richter Belmont, it also includes many other characters from Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night – the games Castlevania: Nocturne is based on.
