Captain America 4 Set Photo Reveals Sam Wilson’s New Blue Captain America Suit

The top section of the main suit and its primarily blue color scheme can be seen before something blocks the rest. How Sam’s New Captain America Suit Compares To The Original & Comics

Marvel Studios has delivered a rather sizable redesign for Sam Wilson’s Captain America suit through Captain America 4. The biggest difference that can be seen is a change in the primary color of the torso. Sam’s original Captain America suit from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier used white as the main color around the neck, shoulders, and biceps, similar to how the comics designed his look. All the white from the chest area has now been removed in favor of an all-blue design that makes Sam’s suit look a lot closer to Steve Rogers’ various Captain America costumes.

One of the other notable ways Sam’s new Captain America suit is different from the original is with the neck and goggles. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier made Mackie wear a costume that had the goggles connected to a piece of the costume that covered his neck. The Captain America 4 set photos of Sam’s new suit appear to reveal that this element has been removed. This brings the costume closer to the original Falcon suits in the MCU and should give Mackie some added flexibility and mobility during filming.
