Bullseye Gets His Own MCU Costume Following Daredevil: Born Again Reports In New Artwork

New Marvel Cinematic Universe fan art sees Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye finally get his own costume, as he is reportedly set to appear in Daredevil: Born Again. As the Marvel-Netflix era is seemingly tying more and more into the MCU, the Daredevil: Born Again TV show is getting closer to becoming a reality as one of Phase 5’s most highly-anticipated shows. Following the creative overhaul of Daredevil. Born Again, in order to match Netflix’s Daredevil TV show, production resumed as of this week.

Daredevil: Born Again will reportedly feature Bullseye, with Bethel reprising the role from Daredevil season 3, making him the latest Marvel-Netflix player to rejoin the MCU. While Marvel Studios have yet to comment on the initial report, three talented digital artists have shared artwork of what Bethel’s Bullseye costume may look like on Daredevil: Born Again.

Spdrmnkyxxiii shared a version of Bethel in the Bullseye suit, borrowing elements from Charlie Cox’s Daredevil costume, celebrating Poindexter joining the Daredevil: Born Again cast.

Subi Özil made two designs of Bethel in the Bullseye costume, one in black-and-white while also making one version that is blue-and-white.

The Art Nation took a slightly different approach as they created Daredevil. Born Again fan art with Bethel’s Bullseye without his mask while still having an actual bullseye tattooed into his head.

10 Things From Netflix’s Defenders Daredevil: Born Again Must Make MCU Canon

As the MCU’s Daredevil: Born Again will pick up from Netflix’s series, there are several elements of the Defenders shows that should be MCU canon.

How Does Bullseye Fit Into Daredevil: Born Again?

Since Daredevil: Born Again is linking back more to Netflix’s Daredevil TV show, it makes perfect sense why the Disney+ drama is reportedly bringing Bullseye back. Due to the fact that it has been nearly a decade within the world of the MCU after the events of Daredevil season 3, Dex will have most likely dived fully into his role as Bullseye. Given the fact that Kingpin is most likely the primary antagonist for Daredevil: Born Again season 1, Bullseye may only be one of the other foes that Matt deals with when the show starts.

Bullseye’s Daredevil: Born Again presence could also be a way to show where Matt is at after Daredevil season 3. Perhaps at this point, Daredevil and Bullseye have encountered each other a few more times after their initial showdown in the Netflix series. If Bethel is indeed showing up on Daredevil: Born Again, set photos and videos may offer a hint at what his role will be in the MCU show, if they film with him on location.

With his incredible performance in Daredevil season 3, it is not a shock that Marvel Studios is supposedly bringing Bethel back for Daredevil: Born Again. It will definitely be intriguing to see how they tackle the character through the Disney+ lens in comparison to his arc during the Netflix show. Hopefully, Marvel Studios will clarify sooner rather than later what Bullseye’s role in Daredevil: Born Again will be as production continues to move forward.
