Boruto Has a Perfect Opportunity to Make its Most Mysterious Character More Relevant Than Ever

Warning: contains spoilers for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter #7

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has done a brilliant job of introducing new characters and giving the spotlight to older beloved ones, and Amado’s time to shine could happen again. Events from the past two chapters have given the mad scientist the perfect opportunity to take center stage.

Chapter #7 of Two Blue Vortex showed how pitifully weak Kawaki is compared to Boruto, the main villains, and even Code. With little time to train and improve his powers, he has only one option that he definitely will hate choosing.

Boruto Has a Perfect Opportunity to Make its Most Mysterious Character More Relevant Than Ever

Amado is the only one who can help Kawaki become stronger quickly. Although Kawaki dislikes Amado for his manipulative personality, it’s not difficult to see that the misguided ninja’s thirst for strength is stronger than his hate for the former Kara member.

Amado Is Kawaki’s Only Hope for More Strength in Boruto

Amado offering the Karma to Kawaki

This theory is made more credible given that Amado has already given Kawaki power. In chapter #59 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, Amado offered to give Kawaki back his karma after the epic battle between Naruto and Ishikki. With the powerful Code hunting down his master’s killers and Naruto and Sasuke losing their strongest powers, Kawaki had no option but to accept Amado’s proposal. In addition to the impending threat of Momoshiki, Kawaki received a Karma that gave him Ishikki’s powers without the risk of being taken over by the Otsutsuki.

Boruto’s Best Theory Explains Why Eida’s Powers Don’t Work On Everyone

A new Boruto fan theory suggests that Eida’s loneliness and lack of companionship made her secretly sabotage her own power.

The story came back into focus when Amado revealed that Eida’s Omnipotence power isn’t invincible. He is still as relevant to the story as much as the main cast, and Kishimoto seems to be setting him up to elevate Kawaki to incredible heights comparable to those of Boruto and Jura. Amado most likely won’t give Kawaki powers without getting something in return, as the main reason he is interested in him is to bring back his daughter from death.

Kawaki Will Need a Powerup Before His Big Rematch Against Boruto

Amado Could Be the Explanation For Kawaki’s Increase in Power

Given how secretive Amado is, it isn’t wrong to assume he still has a lot of stuff he has hidden from Konoha. Time and time again, he has shown that he knows more than he lets on, and Shikamaru is right for constantly suspecting. He created two artificial human beings with some of the most broken powers in the franchise, so releasing Kawaki’s limiters the same way he did for Code should prove easy for him. With Jura and the other villains coming, there is no other option available for Kawaki besides turning to Boruto: Two Blue Vortex‘s conniving genius.
