Black Cat Has Never Looked Better in Stunning New Cosplay

Marvel’s Black Cat has been brought to life by cosplayer Zoe Volf, as the antihero has never looked better. Volf’s take on the Marvel Universe’s greatest thief is excellent in a cosplay showing her drop into action for her latest heist. The comic-accurate look shows what Felicia Hardy could look like if the character was ever adapted in a live-action project.

Black Cat has played a key role in Spider-Man’s adventures since first debuting in Amazing Spider-Man #194. Black Cat has been both Peter Parker’s love interest and one of his greatest adversaries – sometimes at the same time. Felicia Hardy is one of the most notorious thieves in all of comics, who isn’t afraid to tackle any job, no matter how big. Most recently, she has begun a quest to steal all of the Infinity Stones. Now, Cosplayer Zoe Volf has taken Black Cat’s iconic look and made it real.

On Reddit, Zoe Volf shared one of her photos of her take on Black Cat. In the snapshot, Vol captures the character as she drops down during a heist. Black Cat has her finger over her mouth like she’s telling whoever is about to catch her not to say anything. Overall, the picture looks like a painting and would make for an excellent cosplay cover for an issue of Black Cat. It’s a tremendous recreation by Volf.

Black Cat cosplay by ZoeVolf from Marvel

Volf is no stranger to creating accurate and stunning cosplays of some of the most popular characters in comic books, video games, and pop culture. On her Instagram page, she’s created gorgeous ensembles of everyone from Mercy from Overwatch, Psylocke from the X-Men, Starfire from the Teen Titans, Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village, and Scarlet Witch from the Avengers. Volf has even posted a handful more shots of her take on Black Cat. For those interested in checking out Volf’s work, you can find her Instagram page here. Keep in mind that while her work is impressive, many of her cosplays are NSFW, so proceed with caution.

In a world filled with incredible, comic-accurate cosplays, Volf’s take on Black Cat is pitch-perfect. Her costume is daring and playful, just like Felicia Hardy’s in the comics. If Marvel ever decides to bring back the cosplay variant covers they ran using real cosplayers from a few years ago, Volf’s Black Cat needs to be on the front of the character’s ongoing series.
