Below Deck: Meet The Charter Guests Who Made Chef Rachel Hargrove Quit

Below Deck chef Rachel Hargrove has quit the show in the most iconic way possible. Captain Lee couldn’t believe what he was seeing and hearing. He was disheartened that in 35 years as a charter yacht captain, he never had to tell a charter guest that their charter was canceled: now he might have to. Rachel was already missing her boyfriend. To top it all, she had to face needy guests, Morgan Ward, Wickliff Shreve, and Bryan Guarnieri, and their “ostentatious” preference sheet.

Many fans know that Rachel has joined Below Deck season 8 along with bosun Eddie Lucas and chief stewardess Francesca Rubi. During the recent preference sheet meeting, she got enraged after hearing the charter guests’ excessive demands. The preference sheet said they were looking forward to having a big breakfast, authentic New Orleans cuisine, Spanish not Mexican food, and an extravagant 10-course dinner.

As soon as the Below Deck star Rachel heard it, she made it pretty clear that if the charter guests were getting anything from her, that’s “Eat my c**ter” and “Suck my d**k.” She said that it was unreasonable for them to expect so much from a single chef. She said she wouldn’t stay for this “ostentatious bulls**t” and stated, “I’d like the flight home.” But, charter guest Bryan wasn’t going to apologize for his preferences and made a statement on his social media by saying, “These are MY preferences hence why they are called “Preference Sheets.”

He is on Instagram with the username @thebryan.realtor. His bio reveals that he’s single at the moment and loving his life. The new Below Deck charter guest often uses #husbandmaterial, #gaymen, #gayhot, #gaylove and #gaybear. He takes great pride in his work as a real estate agent and uses a catchphrase, “Forget the rest… I’m the best!” The Chapel Hill native has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina. He has been crowned as the top agent by the American real estate franchise, Coldwell Banker. He also has quite an active social life and often hangs out with his friends and family.

Rachel’s other charter guest, Morgan, is a stay-at-home dad to 13 dogs. He can be found @j_morgan_ward on Instagram. Since his profile is private at the moment, it’s difficult to say what he usually posts about. Perhaps, the pictures of his overblown breakfasts. He doesn’t seem to be available on other social media platforms. Bryan is also joined by his Chapel Hill buddy, Wickliffe. He can be followed at @wickliffeshreve. The display picture isn’t quite clear. But since Bryan follows this account, it looks like it’s the right Wickliff. Just like Morgan, he has kept his IG profile private at the moment. Many Below Deck fans believe that their demands were extreme. Still, they didn’t expect that Rachel would actually leave. We’ll have to wait and see how the rest pans out on the reality series.
