Below Deck Med’s Natalya Makes Bold Prediction About Tumi As Feud Escalates

Below Deck Med’s Natalya Makes Bold Prediction About Tumi As Feud Escalates

Natalya “Nat” Scudder from Below Deck Mediterranean thinks that Tumi Mhlongo may try to ruin her career. Below Deck Med season 8 recently premiered on September 25, 2023, featuring a brand-new cast and a few returning names already causing a lot of drama on the yacht. One such crew member is Natalya, the drama queen from Below Deck Med season 7. She previously feuded with her former chief stew, Natasha Webb, which ended badly. The show also includes Luka Brunton from Below Deck Down Under as well as Kyle Viljoen.

Like last time, Below Deck Med season 8 started with plenty of drama. Bravo shared a preview clip, which shows Natalya and chief stew Tumi disagreeing on the yacht’s condition. Tumi says, The organization is a s*** show.” Natalya immediately gets taken aback by her comment and starts defending herself. Tumi then waves her hand at Natalya’s face, telling her to cut it out and not be defensive. After the mini-argument, the ladies go their separate ways and share their opinions with the camera. While Tumi claims she’s still fine, Natalya predicts that her new chief stew may try to kick her off the charter by manipulating Captain Sandy.

Below Deck’s Kyle Admits He Warned Tumi About Natalya

The Below Deck Med clip also shows Tumi talking to her second steward, Kyle, about her first bad encounter with Natalya. She texts him, “I know you’re mates with her, but Nat needs to stay in her lane.” Kyle immediately replies with an apology. He says, “I’m sorry to hear this – I did tell you she’s someone that came for all of us.” The preview then shows how Natalya treated her former crew members in Below Deck Med season 7. It shows her talking back to her former chief stew and misbehaving with her at the dinner table.

It’s surprising how quickly feelings change between crew members on Below Deck Mediterranean. Natalya has claimed that she was a fan of Tumi before her arrival and liked how she handled things on Below Deck Down Under. Similarly, Tumi also claimed she was excited to work with someone like Natalya, who has done a great job in the previous charters. Unfortunately, the chief stew and the second stewardess got off on the wrong foot, which completely changed their opinions of each other. Now Nat thinks Tumi is a nightmare, while Tumi feels Natalya acts like a diva.

Tumi isn’t the only crew member Natalya will have a feud with during Below Deck Med season 8. The trailer showed that she will also struggle to get along with her former friend Kyle. The second steward can be seen talking behind Natalya’s back to Tumi in the preview. Kyle’s actions may cause him to feud with Natalya in later episodes. So far, Natalya’s Instagram shows that she isn’t following either Kyle or Tumi, which may suggest they didn’t mend their differences. It will be entertaining to see how things unfold during Below Deck Mediterranean season 8.

Below Deck Mediterranean airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
