Despite her late arrival to the show, Michelle Young caught Matt James’ attention quite quickly upon her entrance. The Bachelor introduced five new ladies into the competition during week four of the show. Not long after joining the competition, Michelle was lucky enough to get a one on one date with Matt. The two spent the day living life on the edge as they went zip lining before later taking a ride in a hot air balloon and finishing off the day with a romantic dinner.
The ladies on this season of The Bachelor have brought nothing but drama and toxicity to the show. There have been multiple accounts of bullying throughout the season so far. Things got even more heated when five new girls were added to the group during week 4 of the competition. The original ladies were not happy about competing against four more girls than before. For starters, Michelle is a basketball player. In a post back in December, she expressed how much she misses the sport she once played regularly. On the day her first episode of The Bachelor aired, Michelle shared her promo photo as well as the commercial for herself along with her fellow new girls. Many fans have been commenting on all of Michelle’s posts with words of encouragement. They seem to be really rooting for her to win.
Michelle Young is one of the very few girls on this season of The Bachelor who has stayed away from all of the drama. Maybe that is why fans are rooting for her to be with Matt James in the end.
