Season 28 features tennis professional Joey Graziadei and the 32 women vying for his affections. This is the largest crop of contestants to ever appear on a Bachelor show.
Every season of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and The Golden Bachelor begins with the contestants stepping out of limos and greeting the lead for the first time. 12 Theresa Nist
The Golden Bachelor Season 1
During The Golden Bachelor season 1, Theresa Nist stepped out of the limousine to greet Gerry Turner, pretending to be wearing nothing but her birthday suit under her coat. She teased Gerry by slowly opening her coat to reveal that she was wearing a skin-colored outfit and was fully clothed. Gerry must have loved her fun little act because the season ended with him proposing to her. The couple were married on national television for The Golden Bachelor Wedding.

At the start of Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, Alex Dillon, an account manager for an IT staffing agency from Boston, Massachusetts, stepped out of the limo in a full head-to-toe sloth costume. Further proving her commitment to the bit, she spent most of the first night hanging out in a tree instead of trying to get to know Colton. Unfortunately, Colton didn’t appreciate her whimsical outlook on life and sent her home the first night.

Chris Strandburg, a dentist from Granite Bay, California, arrived at the mansion dressed as a cupcake sprinkled with candy corn. His gimmick worked at getting The Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe’s attention because not only did the cupcake-clad contestant survive that first night, but he lasted for a long time, making it to the top 6. After winning a date with Kaitlyn to explore the Irish countryside, Chris was eliminated and sent home, along with his cupcake costume.

The Bachelorette Season 13
Over the years, many Bachelor Nation entrances have included a musical element. Contestants have brought everything from guitars to violins and more. However, the most dramatic musical entrance happened during Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette when aspiring drummer Blake Elarbee arrived with a full marching band. The bold move won him a rose that night, but he was eliminated in week two. Rachel ultimately chose Bryan Abasolo. The two were married four years ago but Rachel and Bryan recently announced their divorce.

One of the most stunning entrances took place during Colton’s season. Erin Landry, the home improvement professional from Plano, Texas, arrived in a full horse and carriage. She looked like a fairy tale princess riding up to meet her prince charming. Sadly, this didn’t turn out to be the Cinderella story that Erin had been dreaming of because Colton sent her home that night.

The Bachelorette Season 14
When Blake Horstmann arrived to meet Becca Kufrin during The Bachelorette season 14, the sales rep from Colorado rode in on an ox. His entrance worked to get her attention because he made it to the final two. He didn’t stop looking for love on television, as he later appeared during Bachelor In Paradise season 6, but left the show alone again. Blake eventually found love with Giannina Gibelli from Love Is Blind. The two are now expecting their first child together.

During Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor, contestant Reegan Cornwell brought something from work with her to The Bachelor mansion. The cadaver tissue sales rep stepped out of the limo carrying a small cooler. She opened the cooler to reveal to Chris that she had brought a human heart. The heart did not win his heart, and he sent her home that night, along with her ill-advised human organ.
5 Kiarra Norman
The Bachelor Season 24
During The Bachelor season 24, Kiarra Norman, a nanny from Roswell, Georgia, zipped herself into a suitcase. Since Peter Weber is a Delta Air Lines pilot, she had a pile of suitcases wheeled up the driveway of The Bachelor mansion. Peter had to unzip the piece of luggage, and she emerged to greet him. The stunt must have worked to some extent because Kiarra stuck around until week four.
4 Luke Pell
The Bachelorette Season 12
Luke Pell, the war veteran from Burnet, Texas, galloped into JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette on a unicorn or, rather, on a horse that was made to look like a unicorn. The display was compelling enough to keep Luke around until week eight. He later appeared in The Bachelor Winter Games and won. He left the show in a relationship with Nastassia Yaramchuk, but the couple didn’t last.
3 Shawn Evans
The Bachelorette Season 11
Not every contestant steps out of a limo. Some ride in carriages, some on unicorns. During Kaitlyn and Brit Nilsson’s season, amateur sex coach Shawn Evans jumped out of a car filled with water, dripping wet from head to toe. It’s unclear why he chose this particular stunt other than just hoping to be remembered by the two Bachelorettes. Unfortunately for him, it didn’t work, and he was eliminated the first week.
2 Kalon McMahon

Kalon McMahon, the luxury brand consultant from Houston, Texas, made one of the most memorable entrances in Bachelor Nation history when he arrived in a helicopter at the start of The Bachelorette season 8. The chopper touched down in front of The Bachelorette lead, Emily Maynard, only to be eliminated in week five. Kalon returned for stints on Bachelor Pad season 3 and the inaugural season of Bachelor In Paradise, where he was eliminated in weeks six and four, respectively.

One of the coolest Bachelor Nation entrances occurred when The Golden Bachelor‘s Faith Martin, the high school teacher and amateur musician, rode up to meet Gerry on a motorcycle. It was almost like a scene in a movie as she stopped her bike in front of Gerry, removed her helmet, and shook out her long hair. Faith and Gerry really hit it off, and she stuck around until the hometown visits before being eliminated. It will be difficult for any of The Bachelor season 28 contestants to beat that.
