Bachelor in Paradise: Blake Horstmann Would ‘Absolutely’ Play Stagecoach

Blake Horstmann from Bachelor in Paradise wants to play his DJ set at Stagecoach 2022. The 32-year-old reality star was introduced to Bachelor Nation when he competed for Becca Kufrin’s heart on season 14 of The Bachelorette. Though Blake’s heart was broken when Becca sent him home as her runner-up, he got a second chance at love on the sandy beaches of Sayulita, Mexico, where things got a little messy for the reality star.

Upon arriving to season 6 of the hit reality series, it was revealed that Blake was romantically involved with co-stars Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Kristina Schulman prior to the show. In fact, both of the women hooked up with Blake during the same weekend at Stagecoach Festival. Keeping the timeline straight, Caelynn claimed the two were getting to know one another for a couple of months after being matched up by former The Bachelor star, Colton Underwood. She later revealed they hooked up on the second night of the music festival after Kristina told viewers they hooked up on the first night. Things took a sharp turn when Caelynn went a step further to claim Blake begged her to keep their intimate moment a secret from viewers and other reality stars trying to find love on the beach.

Though the drama and the consequential public backlash put Blake in a very dark place, he told New Music Buzz that he turned his reality TV career into an opportunity to become a DJ. Thus, he wants a chance to show off his skills at the infamous festival. When asked if he’d actually go through with it, Blake said, “Absolutely. We’ve been in conversations. We’ll just say that. I’m excited for Stagecoach 2022. It’s going to be fun.” As of now, the festival hasn’t made any announcement confirming Blake’s appearance on their stage.

Moving forward, Blake is excited to watch the new season of Bachelor in Paradise airing on ABC. “Don’t go,” Blake joked about his friends who are headed to the beach to find love. “No, I’m just kidding. Bachelor in Paradise is a good time and I know a lot of people who are on it this season, and it’s going to be a wild ride from what I’ve heard from a lot of people.”

After all of the drama that went down on the previous season of Bachelor in Paradise, it might be in Blake’s best mental health interest to avoid the festival altogether. Though, on the other hand, performing at the one festival that is now attached to his name just might be the public relations move he needs to get his DJ career on the professional map. At the end of the day, if he gets booked for the festival or any of the official afterparties, all of Bachelor Nation will definitely be in attendance to witness the epic moment.

Bachelor in Paradise airs Mondays at Tuesdays at 8 PM ET on ABC.
