American Idol season 22 has been thrilling so far, with incredible performances during the auditions, and the Top 24 has been revealed through spoilers. American Idol season 22 features host Ryan Seacrest, along with judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan. The auditions took place in the judges’ hometowns of Tuskegee, Alabama (Lionel), Santa Barbara, California (Katy), and Leesburg, Georgia (Luke), as well as Los Angeles, California and Nashville, Tennessee.
The American Idol season 22 judges have already given several contestants their golden tickets to Hollywood. There are also three platinum tickets awarded to the best of the best, which, in the past, have given contestants the privilege of skipping the first round of Hollywood Week, among other perks. The Top 24 contestants were mentored by either Tori Kelly or Jelly Roll. As the auditions are wrapping up, here are the Top 24 contestants who performed at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii, along with who mentored them and which songs they sang, according to The Idol Pad.

Abi Carter
Sang “Wherever You Would Call Me” by Zaini
In her original American Idol audition, Abi wowed the judges with her version of “What Was I Made For?” by Billie Eilish. All three judges voted for her to go to Hollywood. Abi later received one of the three platinum tickets of the season. She made it to the Top 24, and was mentored by Tori Kelly. Abi sang “Wherever You Would Call Me” by Zaini in Hawaii.

Sang “Higher” by Tems
Ajii is a member of the American Idol season 22 Top 24. After being mentored by Jelly Roll in Hawaii, he sang “Higher” by Tems on the Aulani stage. During his first audition, Ajii sang “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims. Ajii received three votes of yes from the judges and earned a golden ticket to Hollywood.

Sang “Anyone” by Justin Bieber
Former football player Blake earned his golden ticket to Hollywood from all three judges when he sang “In Case You Didn’t Know” by Brett Young during his first audition. Blake was in Tori’s American Idol group during the Hawaii round. He sang “Anyone” by Justin Bieber.

Sang “Forget You!” by Cee-Lo Green
The American Idol season 22 Top 24 contestants also includes Elleigh. She was mentored by Jelly Roll during the Hawaii Round. Elleigh sang “Forget You!” by Cee-Lo Green.

At Emmy’s original American Idol season 22 audition, she revealed that she’s country music legend Loretta Lynn’s granddaughter. She sang an original song called “Skinny,” and earned votes of yes from all three judges. During the Hawaii Round, Jelly Roll was Emmy’s mentor. Jack has had a wild American Idol ride so far. During his first audition, he sang an original song called “I Was Wrong.” Luke voted yes for him to go to Hollywood, but Lionel and Katy said no, which meant that he didn’t receive a golden ticket. However, after Luke expressed his doubts about letting Jack go and the American Idol crew voted to keep Jack in the competition, Lionel changed his mind. Therefore, Jack received the golden ticket. The title of his original song proved to be true for the judges, as he made it to the Hawaii Round where he was mentored by Jelly Roll. Jack sang “Rainbow” by Kacey Musgraves while playing the guitar.

Sang “Confident” by Demi Lovato
Jayna returned to American Idol after appearing on season 21, during which she was eliminated during Hollywood Week. Jayna is remembered for singing with fellow contestant Fire after Fire’s duet partner Kaya Stewart left the competition due to illness. In the American Idol season 22 Hawaii Round, Jayna was mentored by Tori, and sang “Confident” by Demi Lovato.
